Are you charging enough? When I was 17, I started a business designing and selling tee-shirts. After completing several orders I couldn’t understand why I didn’t make any money.

I hadn’t accounted for labor, inventory and expenses. I just focused on gross sales. And that’s how I went out of business the first time. It was a painful lesson to learn but well worth it.
