The imposter syndrome is real! Believe in yourself and your abilities, sometimes your biggest enemy is yourself. 

2. SHARE YOUR FEARS AND ANXIETIES

Talk about your experiences, most of your friends and superiors have passed through similiar experiences. 

3. FAILURE IS NOT THE END

FAILURE IS NOT THE END There is always room for improvement, Rome was not built in a day. 

4. CREATE TIME FOR YOURSELF

Meditate, dance, listen to music exercise, massage,yoga, netflix and chill find ways to unwind. 

5. CREATE POSITIVE THOUGHTS

Listen to positive affirmations, say positive affirmations daily, believe in youself!
